I also use Dipity | http://www.dipity.com/user/raavi | for some time, and for me is like Plurk for microblogging. In future more apps and sites like this will appear, because there are too much networking sites.

Ping.fm works for me just fine - and parses to all my other SNs sites. Its truly the best thus far.
